Foods Marketed To Kids Carry Health Concerns

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ― It's tough enough to keep your kids away from junk food, but new findings show that chips and soda aren't the only nutritional hazards lurking in grocery stores.

Canadian researchers examined hundreds of food products from breakfast cereals to frozen pizzas, all fun foods marketed to appeal to kids.

They found that 9 out of 10 items were stuffed with high levels of fat and sugar or salt.
