SACRAMENTO (AP) ― California Assemblyman Charles Calderon says he doesn't have anything against pornography. He just wants to tax it.

The Democrat from Whittier has a bill that would add an eight percent tax to X-rated products, sex shows, and explicit
pay-per-view movies.

He says the tax could raise $100 million dollars annually for the state's budget.
