Proposed 49er South Bay Stadium Deal Faces Hurdles

Santa Clara (CBS 5) ― A new 49er stadium in Santa Clara would cost the city hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer money.

But those taxpayers may not get a chance to say if they even want the stadium. Len Ramirez has more in his video report.
