Broadway legend Michael Bennett (April 8, 1943 - July 2, 1987), born Michael DiFiglia, was a musical theater director, choreographer and dancer. His smash hit was "A Chorus Line," which ran for 15 years after opening in 1975. Bennett, right, is pictured here with Marvin Hamlisch during "A Chorus Line" rehearsals. Bennett died of AIDS at the age of 44. (CBS)
