Air Travel Slowed By Terror Plot

Passengers in the United States are coping with heightened security and flight cancellations at airports Thursday after authorities in London uncovered a terror plot aimed at airlines traveling from Britain to the U.S.

Officials arrested 21 people in connection with the plot, which U.S. officials said had the earmarks of an al Qaeda plot. Huge lines formed at Heathrow Airport as flights were canceled and security measures were increased. (AP)
