CBS 5 WINS MOST STATION EMMYS WITH 13 AND ANNA WERNER TIES FOR MOST INDIVIDUAL STATUETTES WITH FOUR
For Immediate Release May 18, 2009
San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose--CBS 5 won more Emmys than any other station with 13 at the 38th Annual Northern California Area Emmy Awards Presentation on May 16th at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. Investigative reporter Anna Werner tied for the most honored local individual by taking home four statuettes. Robert Genolio and Abby Sterling received three individual trophies each.
