Incumbents Win Marin Races, Measure B Passes
MARIN COUNTY (BCN) ―
Incumbents have been re-elected to the councils in Corte Madera, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Tiburon and San Rafael, according to unofficial results Tuesday night.
Incumbents Carla Condon and Michael Lappert were re-elected to the Corte Madera Town Council. Diane Furst won the third seat.
Incumbents Joan Lundstrom and Daniel Hillmer were re-elected to the Larkspur City Council. Len Rifkind also was elected.
In San Rafael, incumbent Barbara Heller was re-elected. Marc Levine won the second seat with 21 of 22 precincts reporting.
Incumbents Andrew Berman and Shawn Marshall were re-elected to the Mill Valley City Council.
Mayor Alice Fredericks was re-elected to the Tiburon Town Council.
Jim Fraser and Emmett O'Donnell were elected to the other two seats.
Larkspur voters approved Measure B, a $368 parcel tax measure for schools, by a 70-30 percent margin, according to complete unofficial results.
