USF Student Charged With Raping 4 Students
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―
San Francisco prosecutors Tuesday accused a University of San Francisco student of plying four female students with alcohol and then raping them while they were unconscious.
The alleged attacks, all separate incidents, took place between April 2008 and January, according to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
Ryan Kenneth Caskey, 21, of Bakersfield, was arrested by San Francisco police on Friday.
According to prosecutors, Caskey, a former ROTC member at the school, allegedly gave alcohol to the women at parties and then raped them after they passed out.
He was arrested after one of the women reported the alleged attack to campus police.
Caskey has been charged with four counts of rape of an unconscious person and four counts of assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, according to the district attorney's office.
Caskey remains in custody on $600,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in San Francisco Superior Court Wednesday morning, according to the district attorney's office.
