SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― A 28-year-old man was arrested Monday for allegedly slicing a juvenile victim's neck with a knife in South San Francisco, according to the Police Department.

Officers responded to the 200 block of California Avenue at about 12:45 a.m. and found the victim with a laceration to the neck, police said.

The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital where the victim's injuries were determined to be non-life threatening but required 18 stitches, according to police.
