San Bruno Man Arrested In Stun Gun Attack On Wife

 CBS 5 CrimeWatch

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― San Francisco and San Bruno police Wednesday arrested a man accused of shooting his estranged wife with a stun gun after an argument over a decorative statue, police said Thursday.

According to police, on March 19, Steve Huang, 36, of San Bruno, showed up at the San Francisco hair salon in the 1500 block of Irving Street that he and the 37-year-old woman co-own.

Police said Huang took a decorative statue at the salon and when the woman objected, he shot her with the stun gun and drove off.

Huang was found by police Wednesday evening in San Bruno with the couple's 10-year-old son.

Police said Huang was planning to move, possibly out of the country, without telling his wife.

With a search warrant, officers found two loaded handguns and a loaded shotgun at the San Bruno home, police said.

Huang was booked on suspicion of domestic violence, assault, child endangerment, possession of loaded firearms and burglary, according to police.
