Marin Store Has Small Business Success Blueprint

SAN RAFAEL (CBS 5) ― There are roughly 25 million small businesses in the United States, employing 115 million people. They make up almost half the US payroll, and provide 70 percent of new jobs. One Marin company has concocted such a recipe for success in small business that it has earned special recognition.

The Wall Street Journal has named Jackson's Hardware in San Rafael one of America's top 15 small business workforces. Jackson's carries 60,000 items, but what makes it special is the employees, and they like working at Jackson's. We show you why in our video report.
