Man Charged With Making False Bomb Threat At SFO

 CBS 5 CrimeWatch
SAN FRANCISCO INT'L AIRPORT (CBS 5 / AP) ― An Oregon man was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail after being charged with making a false bomb threat at San Francisco International Airport.

San Mateo County authorities say Mark Todd Field was arrested at San Francisco International Airport Tuesday night after he became irate and said the wrong thing to a ticket agent.

Sheriff's Department spokesman Wes Matsuura said the Field held up his cell phone and told the agent that he would "blow up the (expletive) plane."

The airline representative called police and they arrested Field.

The 46-year-old Field pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a misdemeanor charge of making a false bomb threat.
