NorCal Conservatives Thank Palin, Urge 2012 Run

RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS) ― More than 100 Northern Californians are appearing in a new television ad campaigned directed to Governor Sarah Palin, thanking her for her work in the 2008 Presidential campaign and urging her to run again in 2012.

The ad, produced by a conservative group called Our Country Deserves Better, is being filmed this week in Rancho Cordova.

The Republican vice president candidate's sprint through the election was one of the most politically charged events of the entire season, and the organization will air the advertisement nationally on cable television stations over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The group hopes to counter what they perceive as unfair treatment of Governor Palin over the airwaves during the campaign.
