Three Rohnert Park residents were arrested Tuesday night after police found $175,000 worth of marijuana, $125 worth of methamphetamine and two loaded guns in their possession, officials said Wednesday.

Police served a search warrant at 524 Anson Court at about 5:30 p.m. after conducting a narcotics investigation, according to officials.

Officers searched the residence and located approximately 125 marijuana plants with a street value of about $175,000, police said.

The officers also seized a loaded shotgun, a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol and methamphetamine valued at $125, according to officials.

Nora Rubio, 29, and Juan Rubio, 20, who are brother and sister, reportedly were both arrested at the residence. Meleso Morales, 24, was also arrested at the residence, police said.

All three suspects were charged with possession of marijuana for sales, cultivation of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine for sales, conspiracy, possession of narcotics while in possession of loaded firearms and child endangerment, according to officials.
