5 People Shot In SF Potrero Hill District

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― Five people were shot and injured in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood Wednesday night, police said Thursday.

Officers responded to the 800 block of Missouri Street, near the Potrero Hill Recreation Center, at about 10:20 p.m. and found five people suffering from gunshot wounds, San Francisco police Sgt. Neville Gittens said.

Someone reportedly approached the victims and started shooting, Gittens said.

The victims were transported to San Francisco General Hospital and were all expected to survive their injuries, Gittens said.

No suspects have been arrested, Gittens said Thursday morning.
