Pedestrian Struck In Point Reyes
POINT REYES (BCN) ―
A pedestrian suffered major injuries Friday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle near Point Reyes Station in unincorporated Marin County, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The crash happened at about 4:20 p.m. on state Highway 1 at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, CHP Officer Jeff Serena said.
The pedestrian suffered a broken leg and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, Serena said.
The driver stopped at the scene of the crash, which remains under investigation.
