Pedestrian Killed On SF Hwy Connector Ramp
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―
A pedestrian was killed in San Francisco Saturday morning after being hit on a connector ramp between two highways, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
A pedestrian collision was reported at about 4:15 a.m. on a connector ramp between northbound Interstate Highway 280 and southbound state Highway 1, CHP Officer Aaron Quistad said.
A coroner has been called to the scene, Quistad said.
The CHP closed a 19th Avenue onramp to southbound Highway 280
while emergency crews responded, Quistad said.
