Oakland Man Lives After Being Shot Multiple Times
OAKLAND (AP) ―
A man shot multiple times in Oakland Monday night was critically injured and in stable condition Tuesday morning, police said.
Officers were called to the area of Eighth and Willow streets around 10:44 p.m. Two suspects approached a man on foot, shot him multiple times and fled in a vehicle, police said.
The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and homicide detectives were initially called to the scene, but the man was expected to survive.
He was in serious but stable condition Tuesday morning, police said.
