Woman Shot Dead In Oakland Overnight

OAKLAND (BCN) ― A woman was fatally shot in Oakland early Wednesday morning, according to the Police Department.

Officers responded to the shooting in the 1200 block of 65th Avenue around 1:20 a.m., police said.

The woman died at the scene.  No other information was immediately available.
