Ex-Marin Coach Gets 10 Years For Sex With Teen

SAN RAFAEL (CBS 5) ― A former high school coach in Novato will spend the next ten years behind bars for having sex repeatedly with an underage girl.

The "Marin IJ" says 45-year-old Daniel Lagomarsino, the former San Rafael High School junior varsity football coach and a father of six, admitted to eleven counts, including six of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and three of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor 14 or 15-years-old.

Lagomarsino, a former Novato resident, had agreed to a plea deal rather than face 26 felony counts with an 82-year prison sentence attached.
