Muni is installing new cameras on their vehicles to show what really happens during accidents and figure out who is at fault.
"Its really going to be a tool to try to prevent accidents from happening in the first place," said spokesperson Judson True.
The company that provides the cameras and analyzes the video is called Drive Cam. Drive Cam camera is always recording, then when the camera senses hard braking or a big swerve, it begins to save the video, showing not only outside but also inside.
Over time, drive cam can tell which drivers are doing well, and which ones aren't. Simon Perez has more in his video report.
