Search Underway For Missing SF Bayview Girl

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― Police are on the hunt Tuesday for a 12-year-old girl who failed to show up to school Monday and hasn't been heard from since, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Steve Mannina.

Billie McGee was last seen by one of her parents at 5 Thomas Mellon Drive in the city's Bayview Heights neighborhood.

McGee is described as a 5-foot 5-inch tall African-American girl and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a black and white jacket with a white collared shirt and black jeans, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the San Francisco Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at (415) 558-5508.
