Man In Scrubs Assaults Clayton Boy

CLAYTON (BCN) ― Police are continuing to search Sunday for a man with a goatee who was wearing a medical mask and medical gloves when he reportedly sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy near Clayton City Hall on Friday.

The boy told police he was sexually assaulted around 3:45 p.m. in a culvert near City Hall, according to police Sgt. Tim Marchut.

The suspect was described as a black man about 6 feet tall, in his 40s, and wearing hospital attire including a teal beanie hat, teal shirt and teal pants.

"We're continually working on the case," Marchut said today. "We're also encouraging parents to keep an eye on their kids and report anything suspicious."

He said no other victims have reported similar incidents.
