Reporting
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ―
"Jessica's Law," which voters passed in last November's election, banned sex offenders from living near schools and parks. In San Francisco, there are only two areas where offenders can live and comply with the rules. But some sex offenders are finding a way around the new law.
More sex offenders have been declaring themselves as homeless in recent weeks. By saying they are homeless, they are not required to give authorities an address.
Our video report has more.
