Stabbed Redwood City Teen In Serious Condition
REDWOOD CITY (BCN) ―
A 15-year-old boy who was stabbed early Saturday morning in what appears to be a gang-related incident is in serious condition, according to the Redwood City Police Department.
At about 1:20 a.m., three juvenile boys were walking southbound in the 100 block of Franklin Street when a red or orange compact car pulled up to them and several people exited.
Six males between the ages of 16 and 20 allegedly confronted the boys and physically assaulted them, according to Redwood City police. One teen was stabbed.
The suspects got back in their car and fled south on Franklin Street.
The stabbing victim was transported to a local hospital.
