Juvenile Gunned Down On Fairfield Street
FAIRFIELD (BCN) ―
A juvenile was transported by air ambulance early Sunday morning after being shot in Fairfield while walking down a street alone, according to the Police Department.
At about 4:30 a.m., Fairfield police received several calls from people who said they had heard gunshots near the intersection of Travis Boulevard and Clay Street.
Responding officers found a Fairfield resident who had been shot multiple times.
Police do not believe the shooting was random. Detectives from the Major Crimes Division, Gang Unit and Crime Scene Investigators are investigating the shooting.
