2 Arrested In Fairfield Apartment Shooting
FAIRFIELD (BCN) ―
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a Friday shooting in Fairfield, police said Monday.
Police said a person was shot at about 2:30 p.m. Friday at an apartment complex at 855 E. Tabor Ave. Arriving officers found a victim who had suffered two gunshot wounds to the stomach. The victim was flown to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek for treatment.
Investigators served search warrants at the Tabor Avenue apartment complex, where they located a gun, and at a residence in Suisun City, where additional evidence was found.
On Saturday morning, officers arrested Alandis Brunson, 24, of Hayward, and Andrew Parish, 24, of Suisun City. They were booked on charges of attempted homicide and probation violations, police said.
The investigation is ongoing and police said additional arrests might be made in connection with the shooting. Anyone with information regarding the case is asked to call Fairfield police at (707) 428-7300 or Solano Crime Stoppers at (707) 644-STOP.
