Magnitude 2.4 Quake Strikes Near Rohnert Park

ROHNERT PARK (BCN) ― The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.4 struck at about 3:40 p.m. Saturday in Sonoma County.

According to the USGS, the earthquake had a depth of 4.5 miles and was centered 3 miles northwest of Rohnert Park and 4 miles south of Santa Rosa.
