Marin High School's Trees Get Reprieve From Axe

SAN ANSELMO (CBS 5) ― A beloved pair of old palm trees at a Marin County high school campus has received a temporary reprieve from a death sentence.

In his video report, Simon Perez shows how pressure from parents led the school board to reconsider cutting down a pair of palm trees on the Drake High School campus.
