Man Sought In Attempted Rape In Daly City
DALY CITY (BCN) ―
Daly City police are asking for help in finding an armed man who attempted to rape a woman last Thursday and then stole her car.
The suspect asked the woman for jumper cables to start his car along King Drive around 8:30 p.m., according to police. The victim was driving him to a service station to ask for assistance with his car when the suspect brandished a knife and attempted to rape her.
The woman was able to get out of her vehicle, a dark green Kia Sephia, with license plate No. 3PAK369. The suspect drove away in her car.
The man is described as in his late 20s or early 30s with a dark complexion, medium build and short hair. His upper teeth are broken or damaged, and his left ring finger is bent sideways at a 45-degree angle, according to police.
