Concord Man Robbed At Gunpoint, 3 Suspects Sought
CONCORD (BCN) ―
Three men reportedly robbed a 21-year-old man at gunpoint Monday night in Concord, Cpl. Kerry Cerletti said Tuesday.
The victim, a Concord resident, was walking on Meadow Lane near Gelbke Lane at about 11 p.m. when a man grabbed him from behind.
The victim described the man only as a black male, 24 to 25 years old, about 6 feet tall with a medium to muscular build. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with colored dots or small designs on it and had the hood pulled up over his head.
The suspect spun the victim around to face a second man, who drew a gun and demanded money.
The second man was described only as a chubby black man about 21 to 22 years old standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood over his head and was holding a gun.
The victim gave the men his cell phone, wallet and some cash and the pair let him go.
They then got into a beat-up green car that was being driven by a third suspect, who the victim described as a Hispanic man about 20 years old with short hair that had been buzzed on the sides.
The victim couldn't estimate the third man's height or weight because he was sitting down, Cerletti said.
No injuries were reported.
