Monterey County Man Arrested For Cocaine, Pot
SPRECKELS (BCN) ―
A 29-year-old man was arrested Friday in unincorporated Monterey County near Toro Regional Park after a traffic stop led to the discovery of drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle he was driving, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.
Scott David Sollid was seen driving a vehicle on an unpaved trail near state Highway 68 and Torero Drive at about 8:10 a.m. Friday, according to the sheriff's office.
A deputy conducted a traffic stop, and saw marijuana in plain view on the vehicle's center console, according to the sheriff's office.
During a search of the vehicle, more than 19 grams of cocaine, a digital scale, and plastic bags for packaging were found, according to the sheriff's office.
Sollid was arrested and booked into Monterey County jail.
