CBS 5 Investigates: More Caltrans Pet Dumps Found

(CBS 5) In September, a CBS 5 investigation reveled Caltrans workers tossing dead animals and even pets into a ravine near Saratoga. Several days later, a second site was discovered off Interstate 280 in San Mateo County. The agency said the practice has stopped, but new animal dumping grounds have been found.

CBS 5 Investigates has found even more sites, in Sausalito and in Monterey County. The discoveries are prompting a North Bay Assemblyman to ask some hard questions of Caltrans.
