Attempted Murder At San Bruno Caltrain Station
SAN BRUNO (CBS 5 / BCN) ―
A 48-year-old San Bruno man was arrested for attempted murder after police Monday night found a woman at the city's Caltrain station with an apparent gunshot wound to her head.
San Bruno police received a call at about 9:45 p.m. about a woman lying on the ground of the Caltrain depot with a head laceration, and found the victim with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to her head.
Christopher Sorro was subsequently arrested and booked in the county jail. The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment, police said.
The Caltrain San Bruno station was open in time for the first morning train at about 4:30 a.m., a Caltrain official said.
