Two separate cable car crashes occured in San Francisco on Thursday, but officials said fortunately there were no serious injuries in either incident.
The latest accident happened in the evening, when a Powell Street line cable car went off the track at Washington and Mason streets.
While ambulances were called to the scene for multiple injuries, authorities said none were serious.
Earlier in the day, there was a crash involving two vehicles and another Powell Street line cable car.
It occured around noon on Powell Street between O'Farrell and Ellis streets.
A vehicle was pulling out of a parking spot when it hit another car and then collided with the cable car, which was traveling south, according to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency spokesman Judson True.
No injuries were reported in that crash, which "was at very low speeds," True said.
