Police Search For 3 San Mateo Co. Juvy Escapees

LA HONDA (BCN) ― Authorities are searching for three boys who walked away from the Log Cabin Ranch in unincorporated San Mateo County near La Honda Wednesday night, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

The boys walked away from the detention facility, located on Log Cabin Ranch Road, at about 9 p.m.

The subjects are all described as black juveniles who are wearing khaki pants.

The first boy is wearing a white shirt, the second boy is wearing a white shirt and also pajama bottoms beneath the khaki pants, while the third boy is wearing an orange shirt and has dreadlocks with purple extensions.

The boys were still missing from the facility as of 6 a.m., according to the sheriff's office.
