The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of a man who may be responsible for 11 or more Bay Area bank robberies.
The most recent happened around 10 a.m. Tuesday at Milpitas' Comerica Bank, at 1289 S. Park Victoria Drive, according to the FBI.
The suspect is most likely the same man who robbed banks in Fremont, Union City and Livermore, agents said.
He is described as a clean-shaven, Asian male in his 20s with short black hair who typically wears a baseball cap and sunglasses. He is around 5 feet 10 inches tall or a little taller and weighs 155 to 170 pounds.
FBI agents said the man should be considered dangerous because he typically brandishes a weapon during the robberies.
Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (415) 553-7400 or the Fremont Police Department at (510) 790-6900.
