SJ Janitors Graduate From On Job English Course

SAN JOSE (CBS 5) ―
On Monday, more than a dozen Adobe employees graduated from a unique 5-month education program. The Silicon Valley firm taught their non-English speaking janitors the English language on company time.
The Building Skills Partnership is a program uniting the janitors, their union and the building owners. 95 percent of the janitors graduate, compared to 65 percent for other English learning programs.
