2 Small Earthquakes Occur In Solano County
FAIRFIELD (BCN) ―
The U.S. Geological Survey reported two earthquakes with magnitudes of more than 2.0 struck Sunday evening near Fairfield in Solano County.
According to the USGS, one earthquake struck about 5:40 p.m. with a magnitude of 2.4.
That quake had a depth of 11.8 miles and was centered 8 miles southeast of Fairfield and 11 miles northwest of Pittsburg.
Another earthquake with a magnitude of 2.2 struck about 8:30 p.m.
That quake had a depth of 13 miles and was centered 8 miles southeast of Fairfield and 12 miles northwest of Pittsburg.
