4 Jailed In Salinas For Burglary, Gang Activity
SALINAS (BCN) ―
Officers arrested four males Friday when a probation search turned up suspected stolen property from a nearby residence, the Salinas Police Department announced Saturday.
Officers from the Salinas Police Department Violence Suppression Unit arrested Clemente Morado, 18, and Julian Barajas, 22, at about 3:55 p.m. Friday after the two men allegedly fled through a neighbor's yard during a probation search in the 400 block of Calaveras Drive.
During the search, another Salinas officer was taking a burglary report from a home in the 600 block of Los Coches Boulevard.
Officers determined the property found at Morado's residence allegedly belonged to the occupants of the home on Los Coches Boulevard.
Two juveniles in the residence who did not flee were also arrested.
The two men and two juveniles were charged with burglary, conspiracy and gang participation.
