Arrest Made In Fatal Daly City Hit-And-Run
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―
San Francisco police arrested a Daly City man Friday who allegedly struck and killed a Canadian Navy lieutenant during a hit-and-run in August.
On Aug. 18, Jonathan Pagmanua, 26, was allegedly driving a 1988 Mercedes-Benz around 2 a.m. when he struck Canadian Navy Lt. Mark Ashley near the Embarcadero and Howard Street, according to the Police Department.
Police seized Pagmanua's car today near the Daly City Bay Area Rapid Transit station and arrested him for felony hit-and-run and driving without a license.
