Chelsea Clinton is in the Bay Area campaigning for her mother in the key battleground state of California.
The Stanford Daily reported that Chelsea Clinton visited Stanford University, her alma mater, on Sunday to speak to a group of sororities as Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign continues to target women.
The former first daughter has taken time off of from her job with a New York hedge fund to speak to California voters. At Stanford she told a group of female students about her mother's plans for health care, the war in Iraq and the violence in Darfur.
Chelsea Clinton also took the opportunity to tout her mother's experience and discuss the differences between Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.
She said Hillary Rodham Clinton is committed to universal health care while Obama is committed to "virtual" universal health care, which she says allows people an option to buy into the system.
