2 Dead In Late Night Shootings In Vallejo, SF

A Vallejo man and a San Francisco resident were the two victims of separate homicides that occurred within 15 minutes of each other Friday night in San Francisco, a medical examiner's office investigator said Saturday morning.

At 10:47 p.m. officers received reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of McKinnon Avenue. Keith Johnson, 24, of Vallejo, was found fatally shot, medical examiner's office investigator James Fiorica said.

Minutes later, at about 11 p.m., officers received reports of a shooting at Mission and 19th streets.

Santos Rafael Canto-Aldana, 21, of San Francisco, died as a result of that shooting, Fiorica said.

No suspects have been arrested in connection with either homicide.
