There are many neighborhood restaurants that are hidden gems around the Bay and I just found another Aziza. There is so much to love about Aziza. The warm inviting space and a tasting menu to die for. The $55 menu is the way to go, five delicious courses of Moroccan cuisine that will blow your socks off. The avocado and beet salad to begin was perfect, followed by a yummy artichoke soup, ahhh. Then lamb meatballs with warm grapes and a herb vinaigrette that hit all the right notes. So far so good, it got better with the main: tender braised beef with a carrot-tomato stew on a bed of couscous, heaven. And then came dessert. Coma. Nuff said. Ooh the cocktails, wow, spirits light and dark concocted with muddled herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits. The blood orange vodka and mint had me set for the night. Aziza is great value, the service spot on. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

It's happy hour every hour at the brand, spanking new La Folie Lounge next door to one of San Francisco's most popular restaurants, La Folie. Under the eye of favorite, french Chef Roland Passot, the lounge is the perfect compliment to La Folie next door . A great selection of wines and a little tasting tease of the four star offerings from the kitchen next door, bar bites like salmon lollipops, truffled pop corn.
