CBS 5 Investigates: Toxic Land For Sale?

SANTA CLARA (CBS 5) ― It may be the last piece of open real estate in the area, and some say, ideal for development.

Just one problem: it's contaminated with toxic chemicals.

CBS 5 Investigates' Anna Wener reports the state plans to make millions of dollars by selling the land, but neighbors want to know if there are any plans to clean it up enough to protect the public.
