SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ― Early phase two trials don't often make news, but the results of a new multiple sclerosis treatment worthy of note.

Multiple sclerosis is thought to be an autoimmune disorder where the body attacks nerve fibers in the brain and spinal cord.
