(CBS 5) It's a legend that has floated around the Bay Area for decades, and it's something that gnaws at commuters when they fork over the toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.

This Good Question comes from Julie in Campbell, who asks: Wasn't the Golden Gate Bridge toll supposed to be temporary, and crossing the bridge eventually free?
