(CBS 5) Of all the personal services a hotel can offer a guest, it has to be one of the most unusual.

Rob Holsen uses an old silver polisher to churn the change with soap and ball bearings to get change clean. It's a tradition at the St. Francis Hotel that dates back to 1935. So how did it start?
