New York Native Analyzes San Francisco Pizza
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ―
Ask New York natives living in the Bay Area where their favorite pizzeria is and they'll tell you its 3,000 miles away.
Joe Brown is a journalist at Wired Magazine and a native of the Big Apple, looked into why he couldn't find pizza in San Francisco that compares to New York. He said factors such as minerals in water and the age of an oven are reasons why pizza in the two cities doesn't taste the same.
