Reservation requests for summer trips (mid-May through September) are accepted from 2 weeks to 24 weeks in advance. Making a request does not guarantee a reservation. If your requested trailhead and dates are available, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail. If your reservation request is made less than two days or more than 24 weeks in advance, it will be rejected without notice.

Have the following information ready at the time of your request:

• Name
• Address
• Daytime phone
• Number of people in the party
• Method of travel (i.e. ski, snowshoe, foot, horse)
